Hi all,   
 
    Over the last month or so, many of you have heard
me suggest that the time may be coming when we need to have calls made from the
membership to their State Representatives about contract funding.

 
   The time has come.  The message from Jim Durkin
appearing below makes reference to certain "talking points" that appear in the
attachment to this e-mail.  It also contains a link to determine your State
Representative.  If the ink below does not work, try the one in the "Subject"
box above.    
 
    If you or your members have any questions about the
message appearing below and/or the attached "talking points," please e-mail me
with a "cc" to kdaly@afscmecouncil93.org and
jdurkin@afscmecouncil93.org    

               
   Also, if you
or your members speak with a Representative or a member of his/her staff who is
particularly supportive or particularly unsupportive, or who would like more
information about the issue, and you want to get us that information, that can
be done via e-mail as well, or by a call to Kathy at 617 367
6035.
